Even the best designed breaker will be of limited value unless it is installed correctly, serviced properly and there is technical support when needed. The ESTM Rock Breakers are designed to be robust and easy to service. There are only three moving parts inside the breaker, the piston, the control valve and the pilot valve. With only these three moving parts, very few things can go wrong. The valves are mounted inside the breaker body in order to give a better protection and more compact design. Furthermore, the breaker is constructed with a strong, robust housing and the most exposed areas are mode of highly wear resistant HARDOX steel in order to minimise wear and extend the lifetime of the box frame.
